Day 1 - Cairns to Atherton Tablelands

We start with a bang!  Following pick up from Cairns, we’ll offer you the chance to get the adrenaline pumping and to bond with your fellow travellers.  We can get you up to a 20% discount on local cable-park wakeboarding, bungee jumping or jungle swing.  For those wanting a slower pace we can take you to a nearby waterfall swimming hole or beach and soak in some scenery while the others get their thrills!

In the afternoon we head into the tablelands.  Along the way you can get your caffeine and chocolate fix at a local coffee plantation and feed some endangered wallabies in the wild.

Our private rainforest camp-site is also a working farm.  So when it’s feeding time, you can help with the goats, sheep, cattle, buffalo, chickens, ducks & dogs!  There are also extensive rainforest trails to explore on the property, home to the elusive tree kangaroo among other native wildlife.  As the day winds down, exchange stories around the fire and prepare your preferred camp dinner.  In the lush surrounds of our private camp-site, find your favourite spot and set up your swag for a great night’s sleep.
